[IMP] project, sale_project, sale_timesheet: refactor task form view
This commit bring the following changes:
* Remove the email field
* Switch the groups (left <-> right)
* Move the 'parent task' field below the user_id one
* Remove the service field
* Remove the 'create sales order' button
