[MERGE] backend front end integration
Render the top-menu (backend menu or frontend editbar) server-side.
Use Fontawesome icons (mail, timezone, chat).
Refactor website widgets, split Website.editorBarin editorbar, ace, editorbar- content, editorbarCustomize.
