[FIX] rml2pdf: more incorrect license headers in some source files, reported by Alec Leamas
Mixing LGPL 2.1 and AGPL 3.0 in the same source file
is incorrect, and the AGPLv3 license was added by
mistake: keep only LGPL license and preserve
copypright info.
