[FIX] account: avoid traceback in auto-reconciliation
Commit 6b6d290a5b647c94760 made sure that the list of candidates was not
empty to avoid a zero division. However, it might still happen that the
`total_residual` is zero.
We make sure to avoid the zero division in this case.
