[FIX] hr_holidays: Avoid too long number in header dashboard
In time off dashbord, due to python precision computation we can
have amount of days like 9.9999998. This commit make a rounding
after 2 digits and doesn't add new 0 at the end.
For example:
3 -> 3
3.1 -> 3.1
3.14 -> 3.14
3.141 -> 3.14
