[FIX] mass_mailing: missing flush() in test class mixin
This SavepointCase mixin is combined with a TransactionCase mixin, which
is not ideal. Adding an explicit flush() in the SavepointCase avoids an
infinite loop in a child test class (TestMassMailingControllers).
