[FIX] mail: style fixes from migration to bootstrap 4
- no more bootstrap `o-flex` mixin
- no `$gray-light` (replaced with `gray('600')`)
- replace event `click` with `show.bs.dropdown` for dropdown
- use `!important` on previous `hidden-xs` (because `d-*` use `!important`)
