[FIX] website_event_track_exhibitors: improve display of suggested exhibitors
SPECIFICATIONS
Do not hide closed exhibitors, as we may feel there is nothing to show outside
of classic opening hours. Instead simply put open exhibitors on top of list.
Improve display of exhibitor line: put badge below country to gain space
for the exhibitor's name. Also apply the color of ribbon like done in sponsor
card view, to better distinguish sponsor levels in badges.
