[FIX] website_event_track_online: make agenda card more mobile-friendly
SPECIFICATIONS
Currently agenda does not display well on mobile. This commit improves display
of card in order to have a cleaner display.
When displaying tags, track name, reminder, speaker name: ensure that mobile
uses more vertical space than horizontal one, leading to a better result.
Fix: remove fa-user if no speaker on agenda card
