[FIX] account_facturx: Fix facturx xml with discount, group of taxes and multi-currency
- Fix discount indicator with 100.0% discount.
- Fix reported tax amount with group of taxes.
- Fix reported tax_base_amount with foreign currency.
- Fix invoice summary according the facturx xsd.
