[FIX] website_sale: avoid to consider quotations as eCommerce carts
- An eCommerce cart is a quotation linked to a website.
- The feature to consider a cart as abandonned wasn't correctly checking
if the quotation is linked to a website and flag regular quotation as
abandonned carts.
This causes issues since Sales may wish to send the quotation by mail,
but the button is hidden and replaced by the button "send recovery
mail" which send an email with a specific email template.
