[FIX] point_of_sale: Fixe specific version for evdev
With evdev version 1.3.0 we have a lot of Traceback in IoT Box.
A RuntimeError in the library with the function 'get_event_loop()'
So we roll back to version 1.2.0
closes odoo/odoo#57679
