[FIX] mail: prevent auto-scrolling of form view
Use case 1:
Arriving in a record
=> The form view is scrolled to the first chatter message
Use case 2:
switch record with the pager
=> The other record is also scrolled to the first message
After this commit, arriving on a record or switching record displays
the top of the form view
