[FIX] hw_drivers, point_of_sale: Fix receipts & keyboards
- In KeyboardUSBDriver, we use xlib to translate keysyms. The encoding
of returned chars is now utf-8. We don't need to treat special
characters differently anymore.
- Some receipts still had part of their backgrounds black.
