[FIX] l10n_be_hr_payroll: Allow to edit wage_with_holidays
Purpose
=======
Currently, when editing the number of holiday days, the field wage with holidays is computed.
The goal of this commit is to allow to edit the wage_with_holidays field and compute the wage amount instead.
