[MERGE] hr_attendance/timesheet_sheet
- Migration of hr_attendance, hr_timesheet_attendance and hr_timesheet_sheet
to new api.
- Revamping of hr_attendance; adaptation of hr_timesheet_attendance and
hr_timesheet_sheet to the revamp. hr_timesheet_sheet now independent
of hr_attendance, all dependencies moved to hr_timesheet_attendance
which auto-installs when both modules are installed.
Closes #12698
