[MERGE] resource: use default data calendar and ensure company / calendar link is set
Several addons try to use resource calendar to compute time allocation.
However defining and using calendar is currently unclear in Odoo.
Purpose of this merge is to set a resource.calendar as data and ensure
each company uses a calendar. Resource now always take a correct
calendar.
Future commits will aim to improve the use of resource calendar in
Odoo.
