[FIX] website: restore Facebook snippets in edit mode
Facebook snippets' related widgets must be instantiated in edit mode.
This was broken when the feature which disables the widgets in edit mode
by default was introduced with https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/335a505d1f9b6a978c0fe0f6ea760a45b0d0a67f.
closes odoo/odoo#32921
