[IMP] snailmail, snailmail_account : remove menu in accounting
The purpose of this commit is to remove the menu for the snailmail letters in accounting.
They are accessible from technical settings since 53cdd68e7cc9e1494a9a99dcd2fff0cc835eab50
In addition, since 8f486db52da052ae6f6b979a83f85d5d2c0ed269, the error management has been improved. So this commit makes all the fields in form view editable.
