[FIX] website_livechat: make it auto-install
Most people install the im_livechat module and expect it
to be enabled automatically on their website.
When it doesn't work they try to use the integration JS
code and add it to their website layout, which does not
work as expected.
Setting it as auto-installed solves the issue.
