[FIX] auth_signup: `base.user_admin` is not a group.
32ec8a974ddd8715bd76faf7a2d95e4a870c6132
aims to give the possibility to admins to send reset password emails
to users.
`groups_id` expects a `res.groups` id,
not a `res.users`
closes odoo/odoo#58932
