[FIX] web: o2m view manager header
Revert commits b3f3c67eea0168235cec5c4246f9720286ced7dc and a40d48378d22309e53e6d38000d543de1d2f7a78 forward ported from
8.0. In 8.0 these commits removed dead code but it is actually useful
in saas-6.
