[REM] Removed Send email buttons that were generic, in modules already using OpenChatter. Email buttons still exist in crm (fundraising, helpdesk, claim), project (issue, scrum), but those will wait for the OpenChatter 2.5 task to land in trunk. hr_evaluation also have Email buttons, but those are specific (Reminder buttons).
