[FIX] point_of_sale: restore customer_facing_display scss
When converting all LESS to SCSS, that file was not properly converted
(it was not tested properly as it is not part of an asset).
Also, commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/de61fc0c998acdfa29103b40ddc9424e66602158
modified the CSS without changing the corresponding SCSS...
closes odoo/odoo#36133
