[FIX] hr_timesheet: re-remove onchange-with-domain
Had been removed in 6c4ac28f332eb5c382512585641865ace3f563ea but
re-introduced in 15e41f59c7ad0ebeff1ca08cdd0c8c4a57e29394 likely due
to an improper conflict resolution.
