[FIX] website_sale: Display discounted price with included tax

Steps to reproduce the bug:

- Let's consider a company in $
- Let's consider two sales taxes T1 (10% included) and T2 (0%)
- Define a fiscal position FP that maps T1 to T2
- Define a product P with T1, price = 11$ and available in the shop
- Define a pricelist PL in € such as 1€ = 2$, show discount to customer and discount P with 50%
- Define a portal user PU with FP and PL
- Log with PU
- Add P in the cart

Bug:

The unit price of P was 2,75€ instead of 2,5€ and the discounted price was 10€ instead of 5€

PS: Before adding P in the cart, the correct unit price and discounted price were displayed.

[FIX] website_sale : remove the default value from related fields

Problem :
In the website settings, there are related fields with a default value.
The ORM will therefore only take the default value and ignore the value of "related".

Solution :
Remove default value from related fields

Steps to reproduce the issue:

- Let's consider a product P (11€) with a 10% included tax T1
- Let's consider a fiscal position FP that mappes T1 to a tax T2 (0%)
- Let's consider a website that displays prices with tax included
- Let's consider a portal user PU with FP as fiscal postion
- Log with PU
- Go to the shop and filter products to see P

Bug:

The price of P was 11€ instead of 10€

PS: When adding P in the cart, the correct price is displayed.

[FIX] website_sale: only show products of the current companies

Steps:
- Create a second company
- Go to Website > Products > Products
- Create a product for all companies
- Click the "Go to Website" smart button
- Click "Edit in Backend" in the top-right corner
- Change the product's company to the one you're not on
- Go to Visitors > Visitors

Bug:
Access Error:
The requested operation ("read" on "Product" (product.product)) was
rejected because of the following rules:

(Records: Two prod (id=42), User: Mitchell Admin (id=2))

Explanation:
It happens because of the rule `product_comp_rule` which prevents
reading a product from a different company.
This commit filters the visited products on the current companies.

[FIX] website_sale: send confirmation email when no amount

As user access the ecommerce and add to cart a free product (0$ total)
Checkout and Confirm
No email will be sent for confirmation

This occur because the confirmation email is normally sent in the
transaction callback, which is not created when the amount is 0

[FIX] website_sale: Payment terms in multi companies

- Set C2 on the payment term Immediate payment

[FIX] website_sale: Check last sale order ship address before use

1. Create a shipping address
2. Place a SO through backend, and choose that specific delivery
address.
3. Archive that address
4. Place an Order through the website

It is defaulting to the previously archived address, and not to the active one.

[FIX] website_sale: compare id with id instead of record

Before this commit Odoo tries to compare an 'account.fiscal.position' id with an 'account.fiscal.position' record.
This causes a 'Comparing apples and oranges' warning in the logs and is not the right way to do this.
This is a fix for d89fa970e8e5b07f1b9a396e6ee02db7fdd136e4 where this issue was introduced

[FIX] website: ensure websites have snippet filters

Since the feature was implemented with the default snippets having a website_id
set to the default website, it means that every other websites won't have
snippet filters.

This commit bootstrap filters for every new created website.

Note that in master, multi-website and generic filters are handled with
550d2935bd.
