When we double click a link/button, a link dialog appears
to update the target properties, and since the current link dialog
can only handle anchor targets, using it on buttons leads to some
inconsistencies :

- visible href options for button & url required to save changes.
- missing preview when button style changed.
...

The goal of this commit is to add a fix (with minimum of code) on
summernote linkdialog to handle button elements using the same logic as
anchor nodes.

Also, update website form test tour to test those new changes.

In 14.0, the website_mass_mailing now uses ReCaptcha. The problem is
that we forgot to add the related module as a dependency. It thus
works on runbot because it is indirectly installed by other apps but
the newsletter popup does not work anymore if only website_mass_mailing
is installed.

In master, we simply fixed the dependency. For 14.0, we use this
workaround as a fix: if the recaptcha is not installed as not found in
the list of services in odoo.__DEBUG__, then we make sure the newsletter
popup work without it. In edit mode, we now also display a warning which
allows to fix the issue directly (by installing recaptcha).

View rendering from javascript has recently been made to check
permission(through PR #44993).

Some assets required by the iframe editor are rendered in JS so that they
can be injected into the iframe, but their permissions had not been updated.
It causes a crash while creating website popup and resulting into an empty
html field ('Website Popup Content').

This commit fixes that by adding groups="base.group_user" to the
required template.

not populate the links for your social media accounts.

Move social_links template directly into mass_mailing and use company
information available through social_media module as default values, then
overridden by website information.

When an outdated snippet's option are activated we display a warning
in the left panel that inform the user about the potential
malfunctions.

To do so the snippet's template key is added to the snippet as
data-snippet.
If a snippet is "t-call" inside another snippet, it will need to use
t-snippet-call instead of t-call to have the key on himself.

Those unique keys are used on snippet selection to retrieve the
snippet's version in the left panel and compare it with the currently
selected snippet's version. Versions are describe with data-vcss,
data-vjs and data-vxml. If a snippet's key is not in the left panel we
consider that snippet as outdated.

Added some tests to ensure that t-snippet and t-snippet-call really have
their template key as data-snippet

Adapted the views to the data-snippet changes adding
data-snippet="tmpl_key".
