Purpose of this commit is to speedup loading of event pages by using
is_view_active helper. It allows to know if a view (template) is active.
This is generally used for options in fontend templates.

Using is_view_active allows to use a cache, speeding up loading of pages
by removing unnecessary queries.

PURPOSE

The sponsor ribbon wasn't displayed correctly at the bottom of
event page and on the exhibitor page.

SPECIFICATION

The website_event_track_online and website_event_track_exhibitor apps used
some incorrect classes name for displaying the ribbon.

Before this commit, the design of the agenda was broken on Firefox, as the
'height: 0' property on td was ignored in Chrome and not in Firefox.
Probably a remnant that was not removed.

After this commit, both browser are displaying the same design.

According to late specifications we are about to loose at least 20K€ in our
marketing actions if we do not

  * add a header 'Book your talks' on track page, as maybe it is unclear
    that a talks list having favorite buttons is there to help you booking
    your talks;
  * put 'Add to favorite' button as standard instead of small;
  * reorganize track card in list display, notably

    * hide tags in mobile as this adds a lot of noise, especially when having
      lot of tracks;
    * use background color as in agenda to highlight important tracks;
    * move favorite button on top of card in mobile;
    * hide duration in mobile, keeping only exact datetime at which is begins;
    * globally align items in desktop / mobile to have a nice display;

  * if a track has no color -> use a light bg instead of color_0 which is a
    hard gray. This is not really nice when having lots of tracks without
    color / some tracks with color;

This page will be used in case of lost connection. The web page will be
automatically fetched when you are back online.

We also use this page when it's not possible to use the cache due to a
redirection.
