Disabled livechat in blog query count
if website_livechat is installed before website_blog, the get_livechat_channel_info add
unrelated query for the current test. So we disabled it.

We have recently created an odoo media library that exposes a public API
for searching for open-source media, including dynamic SVGs that can be
used with the dynamic background-shape system to create illustrations
whose colors can be changed by the user. This commit adds the
corresponding client-side functionalty: search for the images in the
media-library, creating a corresponding attachment when selected, as
well as an option to customize the colors of the dynamic SVGs.

In the process, adaptations have been made in the web_unsplash module to
avoid duplicating code and to adapt code that was making assumptions
that are no longer valid.

To make new users more aware of this feature, all default images have
been hidden from the media-dialog, so that the user is prompted so
search for images. Some tests and tours that were relying on having
default images in the media-dialog (eg in website_blog) have been
adapted to match.

QUERY COUNT IN BLOG

Local installation of blog still makes those tests use 27 or 28 queries. On
runbot it grows until 32.

Due to dependency change, installation order changes. It may have an effect on
query count in website loading some pages in blog. This is worth checking why
queries are added.
Digest module itself has nothing to do with website. It could either be a side
effect of some computed field, either an installation order change adding more
modules before installing blog, with side-effect of adding queries due to
another module.

As without this fix installing website is not possible, let us merge this one
and investigate further soon.

On e-commerce, the portal user is not able to upload
attachment with his comment, under a product.

On website blog, the portal user is not able to upload attachment with
his comment, in the discussion of the blog.

And, in `website_crm_partner_assign`, portal user is not able to upload
attachment with his comment, under the lead/opp.

Issue
=====
In the create method of the mail message, we check is the user can
read the attachment. If he can't, we raise an error.

But, the method that make the verification doesn't care about the access
token. So, when a portal user want to upload an attachment on a "public"
record (without a token on the record to sudoed it) the error is raised.

The portal user give an token for the attachment, so he should be able
to attach it to the message. This verification is done with
`_portal_post_check_attachments` so we can sudo write the attachment
after the creation of the mail message to bypass the verification.

Http routing and websits module will already do it later and handle the case.

The only ModelConverter used that will be impacted is:
   /web_editor/attachment/<model("ir.attachment"):attachment>
that is a json controller called with eisting data
