[FIX] web,website,point_of_sale: session.debug value

Now that the debug URL parameter can be equal to "assets", the session
debug variable has to be updated to not only be true or false. Now, its
value is false if the debug parameter is not specified in the url and
a the URL parameter string value otherwise (or 1 if the value is an
empty string).

Also modify all redirection which kept the debug mode to also keep
=assets. Use the $.param.querystring function.

[FIX] website: theme customization modal crash

When clicking on customize theme button or going on an url which
contains the theme=true option, the theme customization modal failed to
be launched as we did not wait for website to be ready.

[IMP] website: theme customization assets recomputing

Assets are now split in multiple files and there is not a route which
always leads to the last version of an asset. This commit adapts theme
customization (without reloading) to these new features.

Each theme was duplicating this file.
Now we need to improve this file to be re-usable by others themes.

This fix is only to catch input, in case of the selector is an image.

Due to `sale` rewrite (94716a3f14d929574c46ef165e4364d12a5903ed),
the commit 503820acb6d82a85c0c49ac26f7e7f8cd73851dd has been partially
ignored (in sale.order.line) and will be rewritten later using new-api.
