<title>[FIX] web: remove 'overlay' overflow on modals</title>

The o-scrollbar-overlay mixin was introduced for a fix on the enterprise
home menu (see related commit in enterprise that comes with this PR).
It was used on modal elements at the same time for no apparent reason:
the modal in the backend do not even scroll as this is their modal-body
that does.

This now introduced a bug in the frontend: some code which allows to
scroll to an element in a modal was not working on chrome because the
related code was checking for the element with 'overflow: auto'... which
it could not find since that element uses 'overflow: overlay'. As
overlay is a deprecated value, it seemed better to remove its use rather
than adapt the frontend code expecting the 'auto' value. This also solve
a design inconsistency between Chrome and Firefox (where the overlay
value is simply ignored).

Instead of three lists + one map to define font information and user
choices saved as the index of the related fonts in those lists, the
fonts are now stored in an unique map &lt;font-name&gt; -&gt; &lt;data&gt; and the
user choices are saved as the font name. This allow to have a visually
better definition of the fonts and allows to reorder fonts in the UI
without losing user customization (and actually simplify some code).

Unfortunately any user font customization &lt; 14.0 will be lost, but this
is a small price to pay (users can still rechoose the same font in the
editor UI where they will go anyway to discover all the new shiny
features we are introducing there).

The style to achieve the chess-like bg result was duplicated at many
places. The 'web' app was also actually using an image from the
'web_editor' app (we can live with it in stable as web_editor always
comes with web in auto_install but this was still a mistake).

closes odoo/odoo#54154

New o_cc${xxx} classes where ${xxx} is a number [1-5] to style snippets:
they come with a background color, a text color, headings colors, a
link color, primary button colors and secondary button colors which
will later be possible to customize by the user.

The classes are made so that they are working on two levels. So if a
column receives a color class and the snippet too, everything will work
fine. More than 2 levels are not supported and the editor is made so
those cases should not appear. See o_colored_level class.

New Owl component: Dialog. It does not rely on Bootstrap but behaves the same
and does not conflict with legacy dialogs.
To call this component, you need to define it in the XML parent template instead
of calling it in the JS file, and put a flag in the parent state to toggle the dialog.
Old dialog file has also been slightly updated to ensure compatibility between both
versions.

This commit also updates a list view test which did not wait for click events to
properly trigger and would cause the new dialog system to crash.</content>

<title>[FIX] web: avoid horizontal scroll on kanban mobile</title>

<id>67721931f97681723b15e70983945e4e6772fd0f</id>

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open 'Project' on mobile
2. You can scroll x while the content fit the screen.

This issue occured because of negative margins on
'o_kanban_manage_toggle_button' class.
In general, using negative margins should be avoided.

So in this commit we simply avoid to have negative margins by
removing unwanted borders. It keeps the same design.

Improvement of https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/02a321cffb2da60a86b960e75c445e37094567b4

- Clarify the name of the support font (to distinguish it from standard
and google fonts and avoid confusion with Noto Sans and Noto Serif).

- Make sure the support font is added and can be added for all font
definitions in odoo scss files thanks to a scss function.

Could be backported in 12.0 if judged necessary.
