[FIX] barcodes: no update on nomenclature

Some barcodes nomenclatures and rules are added in the modules that use
the barcode module. We should set them in no update to avoid loosing
modifications when the module is updated.

Change the default value of the miscellaneous product to a discount product. When the module pos_discount is installed, the default value will now be the discount product.

[IMP] point_of_sale: no taxes on demo tip product

Taxes by default are not included in price in l10n_generic_coa. So
when you tip $1 you end up having to pay an extra $0.15 tax to
validate the order which doesn't make much sense.

[IMP] models: ORM speedup

This branch is the combination of several optimizations in the ORM:

* store field values once in the cache: the cache reflects more
faithfully the database, only fields that explicitly depend on the
context have an extra indirection in the cache;

* delay recomputations by default: use method `recompute` to explicitly
flush out pending recomputations;

* delay updates in method `write`: updates are stored in a data
structure that can be flushed efficiently to the database with method
`flush` (which also flush out recomputations);

* make method `modified` take advantage of inverse fields to inverse
dependencies;

* filter records by evaluating a domain on records in Python;

* a computed field with `readonly=False` behaves like a normal field
with an onchange method;

* computed fields are computed in superuser mode by default.

[IMP] point_of_sale: pos journal for each company

When the accounting localisation is installed after the POS config, the
values on the default POS config which is in data are not completed
because the POS config has been created before any journal exists.

So now, when a chart template is installed, we are completing the POS
config values, and creating the Sale POS journal. We also call the
creation of POS journal when the point_of_sale module is installed after
the template is installed on the database to be sure that we have a
default value for POS journal.
