[REF] mail, *: refactor messaging with OWL

This commit is a significant rewriting of client-side discuss, chatter,
chat window, and messaging menu using OWL. The behavior should be broadly
the same, with some slight functional changes here and there.

From a technical standpoint, the code of messaging is mainly organized in 2
main groups of modules:

- models, which are logical entities that depict the client-side state of
  messaging as a whole.
- components, which are in charge of displaying information from models.

This refactoring also introduces new JS guidelines regarding folder structure
(/static) and naming rules for JS modules.

[FIX] mail: fix redirect to mention in ThreadWindow

Issue

	- Install Contacts
	- In systray, open #general
	- Mention anyone (except your user)
	- Send
	- Click on the mention

	It does nothing

Cause

	In thread_window _onRedirect, we pass
	the _open method bounded to this.

	But this = the #general thread window
	so it will open the general thread again.

	As it is already open, it does nothing

Solution

	Modify the open method in order to
	receive the returned channelID and
	pass it to the call

[IMP] mail, sms, snailmail, test_mail_full: adapt mail.notification

[IMP] mail, test_mail, hr_holidays: remove obsolete out of office

The customizable "out of office" text was removed from the editable views as
part of task-2053585, but some places in the code were still using it, even
though it was never set anymore.

This commit removes the obsolete code.

[FIX] mail: no traceback on click channel mention from chat window

Before this commit, when clicking on a channel mention from a chat
window, it crashed with the following error:

`TypeError: channel.detach is not a function`

This happens due to `MailService.joinChannel()` returning a promise
that is resolved with channel ID, instead of a channel object.
`channel.detach()` becomes `.detach()`, which is treated
like `undefined()`, hence crash.

[REV] mail: prevent message loss during connection issue

This reverts commit e5479fcfdb76bdbf9301fb140d873483bafdb9e4.

This commit prevented an issue of losing messages on post in case
of connectivity loss. The implementation consists of keeping the
content in the composer until the server acknowledges handling the
message.

However, this solution introduces significant issues. For instance,
sending messages in quick succession will likely loose or duplicate
some content, based on how fast/slow the RPC `message_post` is
resolved. Plus, there was an issue on mobile because the input focus
was lost during the RPC. As a consequence, the virtual keyboard
flickered.

The intent was to fix a rare issue, and since the problems of this
solution clearly outweigh the gain, we decided to revert.

[FIX] mail: composer in mass_mailing channel (mobile)

Before this commit, a channel in mobile with option "Send messages
by email" had no composer when opening in mobile.

This issue happened because channel views in mobile are in fact chat
windows. Chat windows with such channels do no display any composer,
which is intended in desktop.

This commit fixes the issue by enabling the extended composer for
chat windows with email channels, just for mobile.
