Currently, scheduling the activity from the document chatter does not appear on the kanban record on activity button. and the 'onchange' action receives the ID of the activity that was marked as done and thus the 'Missing record' error So in this commit, on creation and done of activity reload the view to update the record on kanban card. This commit is a significant rewriting of client-side discuss, chatter, chat window, and messaging menu using OWL. The behavior should be broadly the same, with some slight functional changes here and there. From a technical standpoint, the code of messaging is mainly organized in 2 main groups of modules: - models, which are logical entities that depict the client-side state of messaging as a whole. - components, which are in charge of displaying information from models. This refactoring also introduces new JS guidelines regarding folder structure (/static) and naming rules for JS modules. PURPOSE Display the activity type through the icon of the widget and change the place to display to whom the activity is assigned (if it is not assigned to the current user). SPECIFICATION Display the deadline with a prefix as responsible if the activity assigned to another user than the current one (uid). Add a new 'activity_type_icon' field to the mail mixin to get the 'icon' of the type (fa-phone, fa-users, etc...) and for the list_activity widget, display it as an icon instead of the default 'fa-clock-o' icon. This commit adds a tweaked version of the kanban_activity widget for the list view. This widget displays the summary of the next activity (and fallbacks on the activity type if there is no summary). It can be set by defining widget='list_activity' on field activity_ids. Part of task 2195254

Before this commit, the popup activity in kanban was rendered using the position of the button. So the left popup was nearly in the center of the screen but the width is too large to be contained on the screen. After this commit, in mobile, the popup activity in kanban will be placed on the left of the button to avoid to go outside of the viewport. The purpose of this task is to add a visual indicator on kanban and list views when there is an exception activity on a record. To do so, two fields have been added on the activity mixin that determine if the record has an exception activity and its corresponding icon. When there's an exception activity, the next activity icon is different in the kanban and in the list view, the icon is displayed at the end of the column with no label. Prefetching all activity_type_ids in compute will allow to lessen queries (3 query for this compute) and cache may benefit to other mail.activity.mixin computed field, like activity_state in kanban view Task 1889379
