Before this commit: When deleting/archiving any user, the user’s related chat changed name due to losing one of its members. After this commit: Chat name should remain the same after archiving/deleting the user. When users are archived / deleted, they are still listed under the members of a channel. This means that those users could potentially still receive internal communications. This commit fixes the issue by removing archived / deleted users from the members of the private channels they were part of. However, they are not automatically removed from the public channels. Public channels are kepts as in most common cases public channels are mailing list (e-mail based) and so user's partner should always receive updates from public channels until they manually un-subscribe themselves. The main classes of partners and users support batch creation, but the majority of their overrides doesn't support creation in batch. Adapting those overrides to support records creation in batch shows great performance gains: * On `res_partner` : 2 to 3 times faster * On `res_users`, with the inherited `res_partner` created in batch: up to 10 times faster. A mail alias is still linked with the res.users model with 2 fields, alias_id and alias_contact (related). It is not used anymore. We can therefore remove those fields. Aliases were added at 052f2ace57e20f06980bc8fadf37b32be1921420 . Purpose was to be able to discuss with users directly using Odoo as a mailbox. However it was not usable and was quickly deactivated. Aliases on res.users was removed at 029d1baf359eabb7ed531287f3cb2b3b8d586d39 . It was decided at that time to not support alias on users anymore as it was creating more issues than adding communication facility. This commit finally removes the unused fields. If necessary in some custom flow they can always be added through studio. The customizable "out of office" text was removed from the editable views as part of task-2053585, but some places in the code were still using it, even though it was never set anymore.
