- add contract_type field on account.analytic.account and real_quantity on account.analytic.invoice.line
- refactor contract form and list views for better clarity (hide unnecessary fields depending on the type of contract)
- divide account_analityc_account class according to contract type for future work
- divide contract template menu in 3 menus depending on contract_type
- add on_change_uom behaviour on account recurring lines
- rewrite tests in python
- add new report (pivot & graph)
- end date of contract is now computed from the template recurring rules
- small fixes & usability improvements

[FIX] Timesheets Modules : Issues could appear due to the change of method signature in account.analytic.line.on_change_account_id(). To prevent such issues without building a bridge module, this method always takes the right number of arguments, even if analytic_user_function is not installed

[REF] Refactored hr_timesheet: Refactored the "timesheet" model in several modules. hr.analytic.timesheet is removed, and account.analytic.line is used directly to represent timesheets.

[FIX]hr_timesheet: prevent quick creation and record opening for account fields

The quick creation and account record opening in the sheets are not useful.
Besides, restricted users (simple employees) have no read access on account.account.

[FIX] analytic_user_function: inherit conflict on account type

The field account_id was inherited with position="replace" meaning we erased
future changes made into hr_timesheet_sheet (41f2eba missed "type in []" and
65f31b9 missed use_timesheets).
Replace by position="attributes" to only change what matters: the on_change.

hr_timesheet: merged use_timesheets and invoice_on_timesheets fields on account.analytic.account
that basically tells the same thing (project using timesheets). Propagated this change in
the various views using it.
project: various improvements in views to ease the user experience.
